    The birth of Mexico Investigations
    Our story began in the small town of San Miguel de Allende. Just in the middle of Mexico. Founded by seasoned investigator Mike McHenry.
Owner and principal Fernando Molina is a third-generation investigator and son of Hugo Molina Márquez, founder of one of the first detective agencies in all Mexico: Incomer, in 1949. Working full-time in private investigations since 1985, Fernando has achieved thousands of successful results in Mexico and internationally. Former owner (2000–2025), Mike McHenry, continues to be consulted on matters involving prior and existing clients. As Mike often says, "We know our way around Mexico, and the Mexican way of getting things done."

Our principal, Fernando Molina, was honored to be elected the first Latin American President of the World Association of Detectives in 2013 (Boston) and subsequently Chairman of the Board in 2014 (Rome).
